Furniture Closeouts & Overstock, Brand New, Priced to Leave

Closeout furniture is brand new, never sat on, never displayed, still wrapped in some cases. The only thing "wrong" with it is timing: the manufacturer discontinued the line, or more inventory arrived than the showroom floor could hold. Their timing problem is your discount, and it's the reason shoppers from all over the Twin Cities pull into our Eden Prairie lot on Friday mornings.

Closeouts vs. Overstock, What's the Difference?

Closeouts are discontinued lines. The manufacturer stopped making them, so what exists is all there will ever be. When a closeout collection hits our floor, it sells through and it's gone for good.

Overstock is surplus from lines the showroom still carries, extra inventory that needs to move to make room. Same new condition, same designer brands, just priced to clear the warehouse fast.

Either way: new furniture, deep discount, first come, first served. If you're wondering whether the savings are real, are furniture outlets actually cheaper walks through the honest math.

Why Is It So Much Cheaper If It's New?

Because warehouses cost money and furniture takes up a lot of warehouse. Every week a piece sits here is a week it costs us instead of paying us. So we price closeouts and overstock to leave the building, typically well below what the identical or comparable piece runs at retail.

There's no catch. No damage. No "refurbished." Just inventory math working in your favor. Plan your trip on the visit page for hours, address, and drive times from around the metro.
